Account Set-Up:

In order to open an account, simply fill out our Account Application, and then click on the Account Application button below and print the form. The form should be filled out completely, signed and faxed to our office at 941-721-0805, together with an I-9 tax form. If your business is exempt from Florida State Sales Tax, please also fax a copy of the tax certificate.



Ordering:

 It is Cortez Floral's policy to secure your first order with a credit card before shipping. 


Prebooking:

In order to receive the highest quality of products, we urge that you place your floral holiday, wedding and event orders as early in advance as possible.

Standing Order Policy:

Standing orders are quoted on a fixed price. Once you have set up a regular weekly standing order with Cortez Floral, it will take two weeks from your initial order date for the products to be delivered to your CFC sales representative or procurement manager. If there are any questions at all in regards to availability and pricing, please contact our procurement manager.

*Standing order prices are subject to change due to changes in the market place, such as fuel surcharges and other pricing factors.


Changes or Cancellations:

If you have any special requests for your established standing order throughout the year, such as changes or cancellations, please contact your CFC sales representative or CFC manager two weeks prior to that scheduled delivery. Rejecting standing orders from CFC without advance notice may result in permanent cancellation of your regular weekly order.

Credit Card File Policy:

If you would like Cortez Floral to keep your credit card information on file to cover your purchases, please click the Credit Card Billing Authorization Form button below to fill out our form, print the form, complete and sign, and then  fax (941-721-0805), it to our office.



Delivery:

Phone, fax, and email orders placed and confirmed weekdays before 6 am , typically are delivered the same day by your salesperson, provided they are in our stock items. If your salesperson is not scheduled to deliver to you that particular day, your shipment will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery day. If you want us to deliver to you, we require a $25 minimum purchase.

Shipping/Freight:

There is no minimum order required for in house pick-up. There is a  delivery charge of $7 for all other orders. 

Terms of Payment:

We accept payment by  cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Your terms are, or will be C.O.D., previous weeks, weekly or monthly. For our monthly term clients, we hand out statements through your salesman on the first of the month and we expect payments to be made on the 10th of the month for the previous month balance.

Damage Goods:

Please inspect all products upon delivery from Cortez Floral. In the event that you have issues with the quality or numbers of your product, please call, fax or email our office or your salespersons within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will issue your account with a credit once we receive the damaged product back from you.
